I’m an Engineer turned Photographer. I love to capture emotions and convey a story through every image I click. I emphasize on storytelling. I go above and beyond to ensure you have a joyful and comfortable shoot.

I have the best job because I am able to get to know people from all over the world and document their love stories in a way that speaks to them. I believe that your real unfiltered story matters, so your comfort and experience on your wedding day, or during your session are the most important part of my job.

MY PHILOSOPHY
After spending my childhood living in India and then going back to visit family and friends throughout my life, I have developed what some might call a travel bug. Thus, when I decided to become a wedding photographer, I knew that destination weddings were going to be my specialty.
I LOVE to travel. I love to experience and get to know other cultures and explore different parts of the world for my job, and also in my free time.
When I'm not working and traveling though, I love to spend quality time with my pup and my little family snuggled up on the couch in my Chicago apartment. These little moments that I cherish so much with my family are part of the reason that I LOVE documenting the small in between moments that make up your stories too!

WHAT INSPIRES ME
Every wedding that I have been a part of throughout my career has been completely different from the next. I pull my inspiration from the people I photograph and the stories that brought them to where they are today.
I take my time to get to know you prior to your wedding day so that by the time I arrive we are already friends. In order to document your day in a way that feels like you, it is beyond important that we know each other and that you feel comfortable being yourselves in front of me and the camera.
My hope for you is that you will be able to look back at your photos years from now and feel all the emotions that you felt as you experienced them for the first time.

BEHIND THE LENS
From our initial meeting, we will take our time getting to know each other. Creating a relationship with you and your partner built on trust is the most important part of my process. Prior to making things official, the three of us will schedule a call so that we can be sure we are the right fit for one another.
Together we will prep for your wedding day. We will create a timeline that will allow me to document the moments that matter most to you, and we will set expectations prior to your wedding day so we both know exactly what to expect.
On the day of, I will be the calm to your chaos. As your wedding photographer, I will guide you through your wedding day when you need assistance, and help you to navigate this brand-new experience. Then when the magic starts to happen, those natural moments of emotion and love that occur throughout your wedding day, I will step back and document these moments as they happen naturally.
