For their wedding day, Zarah and Tim created an experience equal parts beautiful and emotional. Their intimate and traditional Chicago wedding day was full of so many incredible moments and memories. Being able to capture them for these two for them to look back on and cherish for years to come is one of my favorite parts of this job and I am SO happy with how their album came out!

Getting Ready and Their Church Ceremony

Zarah and Tim started their wedding day separately getting ready with their closest friends and family. The details for their wedding day were simple yet tasteful, and I mean that literally with one of my favorite details being the coffee blend wedding favors for their guests! Once Zarah was in her dress and ready we made our way to their Chicago church venue for their intimate wedding ceremony. They chose not to have a first look prior to their ceremony so excitement was through the roof when it actually came time for them to see one another at their ceremony!

Once their ceremony had finished I snuck away with the newlyweds. We had some time set aside for some portraits before their reception began. I always recommend having time set aside during your wedding day for some portraits to capture this exciting and special moment you two have created in your relationship.

Their Intimate Chicago Wedding Reception

For their reception, Zarah and Tim were able to celebrate with all their closest family and friends which was so important to them. The smaller guest count for intimate weddings in Chicago makes for a much more personal experience on your wedding day. Zarah and Tim were able to make the most of this and spend quality time with everyone in attendance and fully celebrate their marriage. Complete with speeches, cake cutting, a first dance, and a bouquet toss this reception had it all and was the perfect way to end Zarah and Tim’s wedding day festivities.
