Ciara and Thomas wanted to keep things simple and casual for their wedding day, keeping the focus on their love and this next chapter in their lives together. With their wedding at the Oak Park Conservatory in Chicago they had such a beautiful space for their intimate day. With their closest friends and family with them and their son Thomas Jr. they celebrated a wedding day that they’ll be able to cherish forever!

Intimate Ceremony in the Conservatory

For the start of their wedding day Ciara and Thomas got ready separately in order to have a first look together before their ceremony. First looks are one of my favorite parts of a wedding day and theirs was no exception. Seeing both Ciara and Thomas light up with joy in their full wedding gear surrounded by the beauty of the Oak Park Conservatory was SO special. Their ceremony was equally beautiful and joyous. Surrounded by their loved ones the two said their vows and were smiling ear to ear the entire time! We then had a little time for some newlywed portraits before it was time for their intimate cocktail style ceremony with their friends and family. We took advantage of the natural beauty of the conservatory and ended up with some gorgeous portraits and Thomas Jr. even snuck into a few of their photos!

Wedding Reception at the Oak Park Conservatory

Aside from the actual beauty of the Oak Park Conservatory, one of the other main draws of the venue is the intimate indoor space they have available for your wedding reception. Ciara and Thomas opted for a cocktail style reception with their closest loved ones so they could fully enjoy their company and celebrate with those they love most. With tasteful floral decorations as well as some seeds as wedding favors for their guests Ciara and Thomas fully embraced the beauty of nature with their wedding at the Oak Park Conservatory. Their wedding day celebrations were full of laughs with friends, great food, and non stop smiles from the happy newlyweds.

Ciara and Thomas’s intimate wedding day at the Oak Park Conservatory really could not have been more perfect.
